Dr.
Kurtis Waters MD, specializes in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Facial Plastic
Surgery. He is Board Certified in
Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and
he received post graduate residency raining in Head and Neck Surgery at Syracuse University.
He then underwent fellowship training in Facial plastic and Reconstructive surgery in Minneapolis
MN. During this time he performed exclusively Aesthetic and Reconstructive surgery of the head and neck. His current practices encompasses
all aspects of Head and Neck surgery. A native of North Dakota, Dr. Waters performed his undergraduate
training at Concordia College and his medical schooling in North Dakota.

Dr. Waters is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Waters has met the rigorous standards of the ABFPRS
and his certification by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
(ABFPRS). The ABFPRS Credential signifies that your surgeon:
- Completed an approved residency after medical school in one of two
surgical specialties focusing on facial plastic surgery (otolaryngology - head
and neck surgery or plastic surgery)
- Double boarded, having earned prior certification in one of these
specialties through the American Board of Medical Specialties
(ABMS) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in
Canada
- Successfully completed a two-day examination
- Submitted for peer-review an acceptable record of at least two years'
clinical experience, including operative reports of a minimum 100 facial
plastic surgeries;
- Holds proper licensure and subscribes to the
ABFPRS Code of Ethics
